What is Nordic Walking in Devon?

I qualified as a British Nordic Walking Instructor in January 2012 and have been leading Nordic Walking groups every week since then. We meet every Wednesday afternoon in almost all weathers. Every week it is somewhere different exploring the best of our fantastic local countryside.

How do I learn to Nordic walk in Exeter?

If you are interested in taking regular exercise outdoors why not join my Weekly Nordic walk programme - designed to improve technique and offer a gentle cardio vascular workout. We walk in Exeter and the surrounding area for about an hour and a half. I guarantee you will discover wonderful countryside you didn't know about, within just a few miles of the city centre. The walks meet at
1.30pm every Wednesday. We regularly walk between 4 and 5 miles.
