Tessa Whittingslow Pilates

I am an experienced, Exeter based, Pilates instructor and I have been teaching to groups and individuals in and around the area since 2003. I believe Pilates really has something for everybody. Whether you are 17 or 70, a regular exerciser or a complete beginner, you can benefit from these exercises.

I will help keep your back in good shape, your body strong and improve your flexibility.

When and Where

Daytime and evening classes are available in local halls in Exeter, Exminster, Topsham, Kennford and Budleigh Salterton. Reformer Pilates is available in my home studio.
